The Privacy Statement pertains to the services (including all services and software applications this Privacy Statement is applicable to, hereinafter referred to as "Services") managed by Pulse Groove and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “we”,“us” or “our”).
This Privacy Statement elucidates what Personal Information (defined below) we gather, the manner in which we utilize and share that information, and the choices you have regarding our data practices. This Privacy Statement is integrated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Please carefully review this Privacy Statement before utilizing the Services or submitting any Personal Information to Pulse Groove. Your agreement to the practices described in this Privacy Statement is implied by your use of the Services. 1.INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Our application does not require you to create an account or submit any personal data to run. However, we may still collect information directly from you, from third-party sources, and automatically through your use of our Services:
1.1Storage permission
To perform the main features of our app, we need permission to access your local media to read the storage and modify the videos and music stored in your local device. This permission is only for the features mentioned above. We will not obtain any data from your device, nor will we modify or automatically delete the content in your local media storage.
1.2Usage data
When you access or use Pulse Groove services, some personal data will be collected, this includes several data categories, detailed in each section. Examples include:
a.Information about your Pulse Groove service options
b.Actions performed (including date and time) when you use Pulse Groove services,
c.your technical data, Examples include:
- URL information
- Online identifiers, including cookie data and IP addresses
1.3Log Data and Unique Identifiers
In case of an error in the App we collect data and information (through third-party service providers) such as “Log Data” or “Crash Data”. This data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
1.4 Non-Personal Data
During your interaction with our website and Services, we may collect aggregated, non-personal non-identifiable information, which may be made available or gathered via your access to and use of the Services (“Non-Personal Data “). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-Personal Data is collected. 3.3 You expressly agree the content your created when using the App may be recorded, stored, published.
3.4 Your information may also be stored and process in any country in which we provide service to due to server facilities and third-party service teams. By using our service, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
4.SDK
4.1 Pulse Groove integrate third-party SDKs (Software Development Kits) into our mobile application to enhance the functionality of our Services. These SDKs may be provided by trusted third-party partners who help us deliver features such as analytics, advertisements, social media integration, payment processing, and other services. While these SDKs enable us to improve the user experience, they may also collect certain personal data, including but not limited to, your device information, usage data, and interactions within the app.
4.2 The collection and use of your data by these third-party SDKs are governed by their respective privacy policies, and not by Pulse Groove’s Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party service providers to understand how they collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5.LINKS
5.1 We may offer links from our Services to the sites or apps of our service providers, affiliates or unrelated companies that may be of interest to you. Pulse Groove makes no representations as to such third parties' practices for dealing with your personal data.
5.2 Pulse Groove is not responsible for how other organizations or social media platforms use and share your personal data. We recommend that you check the privacy policies of any apps, sites or platforms you associate with before sharing your personal data with such third parties.
6.SECURITY
6.1 Protecting user privacy and personal information is a top priority for us. We process your personal information to improve and enforce our security measures, combat spam, malware, malicious activities, or security risks. Access to any user information is restricted to our employees, contractors, agents, and third-party service providers only whom needs to know the information in order to provide, operate, develop, maintain, support, and optimize the our service experience and security. We use password protection, access logs, and system monitoring to safeguard the confidentiality and security of all user information.
6.2 Due to the inherent nature of the internet and related technology, we do not guarantee the protection of information under our control against loss, misuse, or alteration.
7.USER RIGHTS

This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your online activity.
8.2 Additionally, some companies may use the information they collect on our services to deliver targeted advertisements on behalf of us or other companies, including on third-party websites and apps. Pulse Groove does not currently respond to do-not-track signals that may be sent from your device. If we do so in the future, we will provide information about that practice in an updated version of this privacy policy.
9.CHILDREN PROTECTION
9.1 Our services are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under 18. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Our app complies with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the "Child Safety Standards" policy, always prioritizing the safety and rights of children.

9.4 User Behavior Guidelines: Any sexualization of children, inappropriate language, or other forms of misconduct on the platform are prohibited. Any such behavior discovered will be immediately addressed and reported to relevant authorities.
9.5 Reporting and Response Mechanisms: We provide user-friendly reporting tools, allowing any user to quickly report suspicious content or behavior.
9.6 Collaboration and Reporting: We collaborate with child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to ensure timely investigation and reporting of all cases suspected of involving sexual abuse or exploitation.

10.1 Pulse Groove periodically makes changes to the privacy policy. The terms of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time without prior notice to you, so please check our Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
10.2 Any material change to this Privacy Policy will be displayed on our App. Personal data collected by us will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy which were in effect at the time of collection. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy means you accept such changes.
